Who Should Complete This Rental Application?

The purpose of this application is to administratively verify references from prior landlords, your current employer, your household income, run a credit check, and perform a criminal background check.

From a legal perspective we strictly abide by the Fair Housing Act and treat all applicants (regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability and the presence of children) the same and do not discriminate. All interested tenants should complete the rental application. If a person will be living in a rental unit OR paying any part of the rent on the property (this includes the parents of a student or guarantors), they should complete an independent application. We require that all prospective tenants over the age of 18 living in a unit or persons paying any part of the rent to complete a separate rental application and authorize a credit and background check.
