Answers: All roommates are required to be on the lease. The primary lease holder is 100% responsible for the rent even if secondary lessee moves out of the apartment.
6. Alterations
May the unit be altered, such as painted; Can you hang pictures on the wall (and how)?
Answers: Alterations are possible but must be approved in advance by the owners. Pictures can be hung on the wall using standard wall hangers.
7. Laundry Facilities
Are they available and are there any restrictions?
Answers: Each unit is equipped with an in unit laundry room that can accommodate a, renter provided, washing machine and dryer.
8. Noise Restrictions
For musical instruments, stereo, TV, or social events?
Answers: We observe standard city noise ordinance practices and ask all of our renters to be courteous of adjacent renters and 10pm quite hours.
9. Inspection by Landlord
When may the landlord enter your unit; How much notice must be given?
Answers: With the exception of a maintenance emergency we always provide ample notice and schedule with our renters to enter an apartment. We do have all of our monthly maintenance personnel, like our pest control technician, provide a unit-by-unit status report to make sure that there is nothing, as owners, that we need to address.
